The Retreats
A one-day, expert-led AI retreat for a small group of women who already use AI and want to build the tools, skills, and confidence to use it strategically.

01 / THE PREMISE
Go from concept to confidence.
AI is the talk of board tables and dinner tables, and it’s still hard to know which parts of it are useful to you. Most of us are dabbling, but not with the same clarity and confidence we bring to the rest of our lives.
That’s what these retreats are for. You’ll name the thing that’s slowing you down, find the tool that suits it, and build the fix before you go home. You’ll leave with something that works and you’ll have built it yourself.
02 / PICK YOUR PROMPT
Two retreats. Choose the one that’s right for you.
Prompt Basics
First-timers
No experience needed
For anyone who hasn’t started, or started and stopped. You don’t need to know anything before you arrive and you’ll leave with clarity and confidence. Imagine:
Knowing which tool to reach for first
Writing that doesn’t sound like slop
Complex searches done for you
Research with vetted, true sources
Customized tools ready to help
Prompt Beyond
Regular users
Ready to go deeper
For anyone who is already using AI daily but is ready to upskill and make it count. You’ll leverage the tools you’re already using to their best advantage. Imagine a week with:
Your weekly report, ready on time, every week
Complex spreadsheets working in a fraction of the time
Dashboards that track progress and problems
Pricing and sales tools built from your numbers
Custom skills you can make once, share, and trust
03/ THE PROMISE
Your next move, prompted.
These retreats are for women who are ready to dig in and make real progress with savvy, smart AI tools and decision-making.
01
Rethink time
Automate the boring bits so your time and energy go to the work you do best. You’ll get hours back without giving up your standards.
02
Imagine more
Use AI as a thought partner, not a replacement for your point of view. The obvious uses are the least interesting ones.
03
Move confidently
Leave with a practical playbook built on your own goals and workflows, and a clear sense of when to reach for it.
04 / THE PRACTICE
What to Expect
Our experts will guide you through a day that is interactive, un-intimidating, and dare we say fun. This isn’t for your tech bros. This is for women who’d rather build the thing than hear about it.
→
No jargon.
We explain things the way you’d explain them to a colleague. If a term doesn’t land, we stop and sort it out before moving on.
→
A small room.
Twelve seats, so you get real time with a facilitator and nobody gets lost at the back.
→
Your own work.
You’ll spend most of the day with your hands on your keyboard, building something you'll use on Monday.
→
No wrong questions.
Everyone in the room is working this out; if you are wondering, someone else probably is too.

06 / THE PARTICULARS
Frequently Asked Questions
-
-
The cost of the retreat depends on the length and location. Our one-day, Waterloo Region retreats start at $495+HST.
-
All skill levels are welcome. We’ll make sure you are in the right session, Prompt Basics or Prompt Beyond. We teach in accessible language to ensure we are all tracking together before moving forward.
-
Tell us when you register. We'll work inside your constraints, and knowing your restrictions ahead of time makes the day more useful, not less.
-
So do we. There are legitimate problems with how these systems were trained, what they cost to run, and whose work they were built on. We won’t pretend otherwise or try to talk you out of it. We’ll discuss it openly in the morning and you’ll decide where your own lines sit. Using a tool carefully and having concerns about it can coexist.
-
Most people don’t when they arrive. That’s okay; we will look at where your time and energy are being drained, what AI can do well, and create a tool that sits at the intersection of those.
Have a question we didn’t answer? Contact our team and we’ll be in touch soon.
07 / THE PROMPT
Start curious,
go home confident.
Leave knowing what these tools do, when to reach for them, and how to take next steps on your own. Small groups, plain language, and our experts beside you the whole way.
