Go Past the Prompt

You use AI most days, and you can feel you’re at the edge of what prompting alone will give you. You know there is more these tools can do for you, but finding the time and space to figure that out is limited.

This day is that space. We’ll unpack your workflows and then you will build it, refine it with us until it works, and go home knowing how to build the next one yourself.

PROMPT BEYOND RETREATS

The Experience

Our experts will guide you through a day that is interactive, un-intimidating, and dare we say fun. This isn’t for your tech bros. This is for women who’d rather build the thing than hear about it.

→

No jargon.

We explain things the way you’d explain them to a colleague. If a term doesn’t land, we stop and sort it out before moving on.

→

A small room.

Twelve seats, so you get real time with a facilitator and nobody gets lost at the back.

→

Your own work.

You’ll spend most of the day with your hands on your keyboard, building something you’ll use on Monday.

→

No wrong questions.

Everyone in the room is working this out. Ask the thing you’ve been too busy to ask.

The Day

Get a feel for our Prompt Beyond retreat with a sample agenda. The actual day will look close to this, but adjusted for the group, their AI comfort level, and build-readiness.

9:00

Get situated. Arrive, grab a coffee, meet the people you'll be spending the day with.

9:15

Level set. We'll talk through the day, put the objections on the table, and get honest about where each of us is starting from.

9:30

The honest conversation. Even daily users carry doubts, about accuracy, about privacy, about what this means for the people we work with. We'll put them on the table and work through them together, because knowing where your own lines sit is what lets you use these tools with confidence instead of a nagging feeling.

10:15

Outside. Snack, fresh air, time on the grass.

10:30

Build, part one. Name what you’re building, then pick the right approach for it, whether that's a custom GPT, an agent, a skill, or something already sitting inside software you pay for. By the time we break for lunch you’ll know exactly what you’re building and why.

12:00

Lunch, then a stretch. We’ll take a pause to enjoy some lovely local food, each other’s company, and a walk or stretch in the great outdoors.

1:00

Build, part two. The focused stretch. You’ll build it, test it, and refine it with us until it works the way you need it to, inside the boundaries you set for yourself this morning. This is the portion where we get to work, testing and learning with one another. The goal is to find the solution you need for your context, not one that only sounds good in theory.

3:00

Snack. Step away, refill, compare notes with the woman next to you.

3:30

Sum up. We’ll look at what you built, what you learned along the way, and how you’ll spot the next workflow worth your time.

4:30

Done. You’ll go home with new skills, new confidence, and even some new friends.

Good for you.
Good for your team.

Our retreats support professional development. Here is the overview of the skills you’ll work on.

By the end of the day, you’ll be able to:

  • Spot which of your repeated tasks are engaging with AI and which ones aren’t

  • Choose the right approach for a task, whether that’s a custom GPT, an agent, a skill, or integrating a tool you already have access to

  • Build a working tool and refine it until it holds up against real work

  • Set clear boundaries on what these tools touch, and build inside your organization’s rules

  • Test what you’ve built well enough to know when you can trust the output

  • Run the same method on the next task without us in the room

You’ll leave with a method and a decision-making matrix. Once you can spot a workflow worth building, you can sit with a colleague and help them spot theirs. What you learn here you’ll be able to share with others.
